Your Role
As a Lead Test Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing test solutions that ensure product quality and production readiness throughout the product lifecycle. You will work closely with global engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program teams to design, validate, and optimize test hardware, software, and processes supporting high-volume automotive production.

How You Will Contribute
In your daily job you will:
- Develop and maintain manufacturing test software using LabVIEW,



LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, C++, and C.
- Design and implement application-specific test solutions for automotive electronic products.
- Define and analyze test coverage requirements based on product and customer specifications.
- Support equipment development, validation, buy-offs, and production launches.
- Perform statistical analysis, capability studies, and CPK evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain flashing solutions for memory devices and controllers.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing test issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Product Manufacturing Leads (PMLs), quality teams, and suppliers to ensure production readiness.
- Train manufacturing personnel and support global production sites.
- Drive improvements in test performance, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Support post-series production activities and ongoing test optimization
