- The Operations Finance Specialist professional will own a critical role within the finance department, directly responsible for delivering accurate cost analysis, inventory optimization, and financial insights that drive leadership decisions and business outcomes. This role demands full accountability for costing data integrity, inventory control, and productivity improvements across the organization supporting the Monterrey plant.

Responsibilities
- Use data as a strategic lever by uncovering insights and opportunities that directly improve business. You won't just report numbers but tell the story behind them.




- Own the consolidation, creation, and continuous improvement of regional reports. You'll work with existing systems to make information clearer, faster, and easier for leadership to act on.
- You'll be the trusted advisor to the business. You'll translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations that support smart, timely decisions.
- Actively collaborate across functions bridging Finance with Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to create a connected, transparent environment where better decisions happen naturally. Budget and Forecast are also part of your responsibilities and a tool to make this connection happen.
