Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Project Manager.

What You’ll Do
This position is responsible for the management and successful execution of Plant projects portfolio (STP, NPI, VAVE) and lead the PROLaunch OpA category as Plant Champion. The PM manages all stages for the project from initiation, strategy, planning, execution, validation, launch, closure. In addition, requirements changes, risk mitigation, and issue tracking/resolution. This position reports to the Program Manager and is accountable for the oversight of the cross functional activities managing shared resources across multiple projects and functions to drive on time industrualization and project execution.

Job Responsibilities
- Leads a cross functional team on project planning/execution aligned to scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality requirements. Works with other departments at the Plant and Divisional level (e.g., Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing, EHS, Facilities, PLS, Finance, HR, IT, Suppliers, etc.) following PROLaunch standard.
- Leads Risk Management for the project,



working proactively with functional teams identifying risks and implementing appropriate risk responses to achieve project targets.
- Ensures standard program management processes are utilized and provide support to the team by coordinating PM reviews, preparing & publishing PM metrics and project reports.
- Develops and monitors detail Project Schedule/Plan to track progress and milestone achievement.
- Ensures the team follows the PROLaunch standard, including Activity Matrix deliverables and leads the team during stages and Gate Review.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation as part of Repository Folder.
- Works with key suppliers impacting the project to drive schedule attainment and action tracking to remove roadblocks for execution.
