At VaynerMedia, Community Management goes beyond responding to comments. It’s about understanding people, culture and conversations in real time — and knowing how a brand can authentically be part of them.

We’re looking for a Community Manager based in Monterrey / Northern Mexico who lives online, understands the culture and nuances of the region, and knows how to turn everyday conversations into meaningful brand engagement.

Someone who doesn’t just manage a community — they understand it.

What will you do?
Community Management & Brand Voice
- Manage and engage with the brand’s community across social platforms
- Read and respond to comments, DMs and conversations daily
- Maintain a consistent, human and culturally relevant brand voice
- Build meaningful relationships with followers and communities
- Escalate sensitive or negative conversations appropriately

Social Listening & Cultural Monitoring




- Monitor conversations around the brand, category and relevant cultural moments
- Stay plugged into trends, behaviors and conversations happening across Monterrey and Northern Mexico
- Identify emerging topics and engagement opportunities in real time
- Bring local cultural context and community insights back to the broader team

Insights & Creative Opportunities
- Identify recurring themes, questions and behaviors within the community
- Turn community conversations into actionable insights for Strategy and Creative
- Spot opportunities for reactive content and culturally relevant engagement
- Share key learnings, observations and opportunities with internal teams

Real-Time Engagement
- Identify moments where the brand can naturally join the conversation
- Engage with creators, influencers, partner brands and relevant communities
- React quickly to trends, news and social moments when appropriate
