About the Company
American-owned nearshore BPO and ITO partner. Builds and runs dedicated teams in Mexico for U.S. companies in legal, financial services, technology, telecom, retail, and healthcare. Offices in Monterrey, Mexico City, Salt Lake City and Dallas.

Boutique firm. You'll work directly with company leadership, your work will go live quickly, and you'll own this function rather than execute someone else's checklist.

What you'll do
Write and publish social content, LinkedIn first
- Own the content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and TikTok
- Write for a U.S. executive decision-makers (COOs, CFOs, VPs of Ops/CX)




- Ghostwrite LinkedIn content for company leadership
- Produce content that is specific and credible, with no marketing filler

Build the community
This is a core part of the role, weighted as heavily as the writing.
- Find and join the LinkedIn groups where our buyers and industry peers spend time
- Follow thought leaders in outsourcing, nearshoring, CX, and legal operations, and leave substantive comments on their posts
- Reply to comments on our posts and keep conversations moving
- Engage with prospects, partners, and industry accounts across all three platforms

We don't mean “Great post” and emoji reactions. We mean comments that add something and make people click through to see who wrote them. That's how a following gets built, and it's what we'll measure.

Edit video and images
- Shoot and edit video and photos into short-form social content on a regular basis

- Track what's work
