Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR and communications strategy tailored to the Latin American market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional media (both Spanish and Portuguese), influencers, bloggers, and industry analysts.
• Lead all media outreach, including press releases, press conferences, media briefings, and exclusive interviews.
• Secure high-quality, positive media coverage in top-tier regional publications and broadcast channels.
• Act as the company's local spokesperson and manage all media inquiries with professionalism.
• Proactively identify and manage potential PR crises and issues, protecting the company's reputation.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on PR campaign results and media mentions.
• Organize and manage PR events, from press launches to corporate announcements.

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.




• 5+ years of proven experience in a PR role, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on the Latin American market.
• Existing and demonstrable relationships with key media outlets in Latin America (Mexico and Brazil are essential).

Local & Cultural Expertise:
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish is mandatory (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of Latin America's media landscape, social norms, cultural nuances, and business etiquette.
• Knowledge of the regional socio-political and economic environment.

Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to act as a confident and effective company spokesperson.
• Strong existing network of local media and relevant stakeholder contacts.
