We’re looking for a Creative Designer who thinks like a marketer first. You’re not just making things look good — you’re making things convert. You’ll own creative production across paid ads and retention channels for a portfolio of fast-moving ecommerce clients.

You never send something through with a typo in the headline, a misaligned element, or a placeholder left in. Detail isn’t a trait you’re working on — it’s just who you are.

What You'll Do
- Static ads at volume. Design and produce high-volume static graphic ads across Meta, TikTok and Google Display — prospecting hooks through retargeting formats, all of it.
- Video. Edit and produce video ads from existing footage and client assets — Reels, Stories, TikToks, UGC-style edits.
- Motion. Create animated ad content from existing assets — motion graphics, short loops and dynamic formats built to stop the scroll.
- Every format. Build creative across feed, story, carousel and display while adapting to each brand’s established visual identity.
- Iteration on data. Refine creative based on performance data, in close partnership with media buyers.
- Email. Design email templates and campaigns in
