Our team: The Integral Business Solutions team sits within Pearson’s Revenue Operations organization and partners closely with Sales, Proposal/Bid Management, Finance, Legal, Technology, Operations, Product, and Delivery teams to shape feasible, compliant, and commercially sound solutions for strategic customer opportunities. The team acts as a technical and commercial hub in the bid process, helping translate customer requirements into scalable solution responses, approved cost models, and clear governance decisions.

We are looking for a Global Business Solutions Lead Specialist to join our Revenue Operations organization. In this senior individual contributor role, you will support complex, high-value opportunities across Pearson by helping create customer-focused, scalable, and compliant bid solutions.
In this role, you will work alongside proposal writers, sellers, and functional subject matter experts to shape the solution behind each opportunity. You will help define what Pearson can deliver, identify solution gaps, coordinate stakeholder input, support cost modelling, and ensure solutions are feasible, competitive, and appropriately approved before bid submission.
