General: Responsibilities
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical pods to translate complex enterprise workflows into scalable automation requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive “As-Is" analysis to design optimized “To-Be" states, ensuring processes are not just automated, but architected for peak efficiency.
- Author comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs)



and partner on Solution Designs (SDDs) to ensure absolute logic clarity and traceability.
- Perform hands-on gap analysis of Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and lead process validation to ensure alignment between business intent and technical output.
- Advise clients on shaping long-term automation roadmaps, evolving from tactical delivery to high-level AI and automation strategy.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including IDP, and Process Mining, to move clients toward autonomous, agentic ecosystems.

Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with a dedicated focus on Intelligent Automation, RPA (e.g., UiPath), or AI-driven application engineering.
- Proven understanding of modern AI architectures, with the ability to design workflows that incorporate LLMs, API integrations, and unstructured data processing.
