We are seeking to add a MarTech Analyst to our Growth Operations & Tech team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you'll support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and optimization of our marketing technology stack, working closely with marketing, sales, and product colleagues to keep our platforms running smoothly and our data actionable.

What You'll Do:
- Support the execution of Marketing Tech Stack enhancements by working with marketing, product, and sales to ensure timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder strategies.
- Support the exploration of AI and agentic technology opportunities relevant to our marketing tech stack.
- Support the management of our MarTech tools by delivering on core functionality that meets stakeholder goals.
- Perform day-to-day configuration, fix, and upkeep across core platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Workfront)
- Partner with our suite of vendors to ensure stack utilization is accurate and core functionality is in place.
- Data Management & Segmentation, collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to identify key opportunities.
- Build and maintain audience segments in our CDP and marketing automation platforms
- Reporting & Analytics, monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Deliver actionable insights through campaign reporting and data analysis, helping to measure account engagement, pipeline progression, and return on investment.
