The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic recruitment expert responsible for leading complex, executive, specialized, and multi-market hiring initiatives while acting as a trusted Talent Advisor to business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence.

This role goes beyond traditional recruitment delivery by providing workforce intelligence, talent market insights, strategic sourcing solutions, and consultative support to influence talent decisions across the organization.



The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner independently manages highly visible and business-critical recruitment activities while driving hiring excellence, process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and candidate experience improvements.

The position acts as a functional expert within Talent Acquisition and plays a key role in advancing recruitment capabilities, standardization, digital transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

Your Tasks

Strategic End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Lead complex end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business units, countries, or functions across LATAM
- Facilitate advanced intake meetings to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
