About the role





SharkNinja is looking for a Manager, Creator Programs to build and run the infrastructure behind our mid-tier and micro creator ecosystem. This is not an influencer campaign role — it is an operational and relationship role focused on building scalable systems, managing a high-volume creator roster, and turning UGC into a repeatable, high-performing content engine across our brand portfolio.

You will sit at the intersection of social, influencer, and creator commerce — owning the day-to-day operations that make the program run and evolve at global scale.

What you'll own
- Creator roster and pipeline: Source, vet, onboard, and manage a portfolio of mid-tier and micro creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Build and maintain an always-on pipeline organized by category, platform, and content type.
