Meztal is looking for a highly proactive and relationship-driven Senior Sales Recruiter / Headhunter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for sales professionals and sales leaders. This is a senior-level recruiting role that goes beyond traditional talent acquisition, combining full-cycle recruiting expertise with headhunting, market intelligence, advanced sourcing, relationship building, and a strong understanding of sales talent.
The adecuado candidate is an experienced recruiter who can own searches from initial intake through successful placement while proactively identifying and engaging high-performing passive talent. This person should be outgoing, persuasive, confident, curious, and highly resourceful, with the ability to build credibility with candidates and stakeholders, deeply understand different talent markets, and develop long-term professional relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for sales and sales leadership positions, from initial intake and search strategy through sourcing, interviewing, candidate management,



offer stages, and successful placement.
- Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand position requirements, business needs, ideal candidate profiles, priorities, and expectations for each search.
- Develop comprehensive recruiting and headhunting strategies based on the requirements and complexity of each position.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand relevant industries, competitors, sales organizations, talent pools, and market dynamics.
- Build detailed talent and market maps to identify target companies, relevant sales organizations, high-performing professionals, and potential candidate pipelines.
- Proactively identify and engage passive sales professionals and leaders through direct outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, research, and creative sourcing strategies.
