As an AI Creative Marketing Manager, you will lead the development of AI-powered creative marketing initiatives across multiple premium consumer brands.
You will combine creative thinking with emerging generative AI technologies to produce engaging content efficiently and at scale.
The role spans digital advertising, social media, email, websites, product launches, and broader brand campaigns.
You will work closely with Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce, and Product teams to embed AI into creative workflows and campaign execution.
Your work will help improve content quality, customer engagement, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.
You will also establish prompts, workflows, and brand standards that ensure AI-generated content remains consistent and on-brand.

- AI Creative Strategy: Lead the AI creative marketing strategy and identify opportunities to integrate generative AI into content development and campaign execution.
- AI Tools & Workflows: Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools and workflows that improve creative production, marketing efficiency, and campaign performance.
- Content Creation: Create and oversee AI-generated creative assets for digital advertising, social media, email marketing, websites, product launches, and brand campaigns.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and marketing specialists to develop high-quality creative assets using generative AI.
- Brand Standards: Develop prompts, creative processes, and guidelines that maintain brand consistency and a premium customer experience across AI-generated content.
