Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Compensation: $1,400 USD/month + Commission

Position Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales pipeline. This position focuses on identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.





The adecuado candidate has experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, cold calling, and appointment setting, with a strong ability to communicate professionally and consistently follow a structured sales cadence.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients.
- Identify and research potential prospects and business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Qualify prospects based on established criteria.
- Book qualified appointments for Business Development Representatives, Sales Representatives, Sales Engineers, or other members of the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems.
- Assist in executing outbound prospecting strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Track lead activity, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
