The General Manager is responsible for leading the overall Reciente Laredo operation with full accountability for business performance, operational execution, customer service, financial results, safety, compliance, customs operations, and people leadership. This role serves as the senior leader for one of the company's most critical cross-border operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, compliant, and profitable services while supporting customer supply chains between Mexico and the United States.

The General Manager translates company strategy into operational priorities and measurable results, establishes accountability across all functional areas, and drives a culture of performance, compliance, customer focus, and continuous improvement. The position requires strong expertise in Mexico-U.S. customs operations, international trade compliance, cross-border logistics, and foreign trade regulations.

- Establish and manage a business scorecard covering operational KPIs, safety, service, productivity, customs performance, compliance, revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Lead regular business reviews and implement corrective-action plans to address operational, financial, and compliance gaps.
- Own the financial performance of the operation, including budgets, operating costs, productivity, revenue, margins, accounts receivable support, and profitability.
