Position OverviewThe Trade Compliance Director is responsible for leading and executing the company's Mexico trade compliance strategy across multiple manufacturing sites operating under the IMMEX program. This role ensures full adherence to Mexican Customs Law, any regulatory updates, U.S. Customs requirements, and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) frameworks. The Director will oversee inventory control systems (Annex 24/30), internal and external audits, classification, duty optimization programs, and compliance-driven process standardization.
