Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el Director de P&C; y supervisa el funcionamiento diario del departamento, incluida la administración de incentivos, relaciones laborales, contrataciones, desarrollo profesional, formación, compensación, etc. Así como asuntos legales y sindicales relacionados con los empleados del hotel.
