Job Description
General Description:
- Responsible for all activities related to Manufacturing Engineering of assigned products, including APQP, PPAP, and RFQ processes
- Responsible for coordinating project startups between Plant, Lead Plant, Development, Sales, and Customer stakeholders to ensure seamless product launches
- Responsible for coordinating and implementing change management for existing products while maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Manage product documentation, technical specifications, and engineering records to ensure accuracy and accessibility across all departments
- Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements,



and automotive industry specifications throughout the product lifecycle
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize product performance
- Conduct cost analysis and support budget tracking for assigned products to ensure financial objectives are met
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive problem-solving and implementation of corrective actions
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce product costs
- Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and performance data to management and stakeholders

Qualifications
Education:
- Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering degree (preferred or similar discipline)

Language:
- English: Advanced level
