Job Summary
Oversees and coordinates daily production activities within the MTV machining area, ensuring safe operations, product quality,



production continuity, and achievement of volume and cost objectives. Leads assigned line personnel during a rotating 12-hour shift and supports disciplined execution through PQVC indicators and PDCA action tracking. Maintains a stable machining operation by coordinating people, priorities, and operational resources; identifying deviations; communicating risks; and driving timely corrective actions. Provides accurate operating information to support decisions and continuous improvement. Provides first-line leadership for machining operations, including CNC processes, personnel administration, production reporting, daily scheduling, performance follow-up, and coordination with Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance support functions.
