Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, commissioning, and ongoing support of automated manufacturing equipment and robotic cells.
- Participate in the installation, commissioning, validation, and ongoing operation of automated manufacturing systems.
- Design or modify fixtures, tooling, and simple workstations to support automated operations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, process-related, and equipment issues.
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers and external partners during installation, commissioning, maintenance, and process improvement activities.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase productivity and reduce process variability.
- Provide technical support to production teams.
- Train operators and supervisors on the proper use of automated equipment and standardized processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity,



and operational efficiency through the application of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience programming automated robotic arms using Lua scripting.
- Lean Certification or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial automation and robotics systems.
- Strong mechanical skills, with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, responsible, service-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience with PLC-controlled equipment.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software or 3D modeling tools (SolidWorks
