Client Success Manager – Compensation Data & Benchmarking

What the day will look likeAs a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for both managing a client portfolio and leading a small team of client success consultants in delivering high‑quality compensation insights and services.
You Will:
- Lead a team of Client Success Consultants (3+ years’ people/mentoring experience): Set priorities, allocate workload, coach and develop team members,



and ensure participation, retention and high client satisfaction across the team portfolio.
- Own key client relationships: Act as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless compensation data submissions and delivering proactive, high‑impact support around job architecture, survey participation, data lifecycle and platform experience.
- Be a compensation data authority: Use advanced Excel and internal tools to analyze sophisticated compensation datasets, turning them into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
- Lead strategic projects: Oversee and review job‑matching and benchmarking projects, ensuring quality, consistency and timely delivery, and helping clients align their pay practices with market standards.
