Job SummaryServes as a strategic legal advisor to the business by providing expert counsel on a broad range of legal matters that support corporate objectives and minimize risk, with special focus on Commercial, Corporate and Real Estate. This role partners closely with management and cross-functional stakeholders to interpret complex legal issues, develop practical recommendations, draft and review legal documents, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal standards. The Senior Corporate Counsel also contributes to risk management, decision-making, and problem-solving initiatives while supporting the legal function with sound analysis, clear communication, and effective prioritization across multiple responsibilities.
