Salary
The gross salary for interns ranges from 9,000MXN to 18,000 MXN and may vary depending on the selected work schedule.

Duration
12 to 18 months.

Qualifications
Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028. Advanced English.

Start Date
As soon as possible.

About the Role
As a Human Resources and Employee Experience Intern, you will work on focused objectives that generate a significant impact on the business and team culture. You will support communication, engagement, talent development, training, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at the Tepeji plant.

Some of your tasks will be
- Support the communication strategy for our annual employee performance, evaluation, and growth cycle, and coordinate leadership meetings and events related to employee development.
- Follow up on business strategies and priorities on a quarterly, semiannual, and annual basis.
- Support Human Resources projects, including the compensation transition and talent development initiatives.
- Promote employee engagement and employee experience programs, including EVE (Employee Value Equation) surveys and actions to strengthen the sense of belonging.
