Responsibilities
- Support labor and employment legal matters acrossthe Americas with a primary focus on Mexicoregional operations under the guidance of senior legal team members.
- Provide day-to-day legal support to Human Resources and business stakeholders on employment-related issues, including employee relations matters, policy interpretation, hiring, discipline, and separations.
- Research and analyze labor and employment laws, regulations, and emerging legal developments, andassistin assessing potential business impacts.
- Support Integral Human Resources Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations) on employment-related legal matters and initiatives.
- Draft, review, and revise employment-related agreements, policies, procedures, communications, and training materials.
- Assistwith the implementation and maintenance of company employment policies, practices, and procedures.
- Support employment-related aspects of workforce changes, reorganizations, business integrations, and other organizational initiatives.




- Assistwith labor and employment due diligence andintegrationactivities related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Support the management of employment claims, administrative charges, litigation matters, and pre-litigation disputes, including document collection, fact gathering, and coordination with outside counsel.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for internal stakeholders and department initiatives.
- Maintain matter tracking systems, legal records, and departmental metrics.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of employment, compliance, and litigation-related processes, templates, and best practices.
- Assistin the administration of compliance programs, including the Code of Conduct, Supplier Code of Conduct, and related policies and procedures.
