How the day will look like
As a Sr. Process Analyst in the Global Business Process Management team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand how work is done today, document it clearly, and help design more efficient, controlled and scalable processes for the future.
You will:
- Conduct structured interviews and workshops with business teams to capture current-state process information, requirements and pain points.
- Design, document and visualize business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation and process-mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio or equivalent BPM software).
- Facilitate process review sessions with stakeholders to validate flows, identify gaps, clarify decision points and incorporate feedback for refinement.
- Play a key role in documenting processes during transitions or migrations, ensuring information is accurate, complete and version-controlled as processes evolve.
- Collaborate with Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and other process improvement experts to define optimized future-state process maps and identify quick wins and improvement opportunities.
