We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead the re-envisioning of our Devices Detail Pages programs in Mexico City. In this key role, you will drive the delivery of high-impact, next-generation Detail Pages experiences for Amazon Devices — shaping how millions of customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products like Echo, Fire TV, Kindle, and Fire Tablets.

You will own program strategy and execution end-to-end, partnering with engineering, product, design, and business teams to define roadmaps, manage complex cross-team dependencies, and deliver scalable solutions on time. This role requires a leader who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex programs, and influences senior stakeholders to align on priorities and trade-offs.

At the core of our responsibilities is the onsite shopping experience, where the team owns the worldwide technology powering detailed product pages. We also manage the warranties and trade-in/pre-owned businesses, ensuring a seamless customer journey. Our focus is on driving incremental sales through personalization, multivariate testing, bundles, upsells for devices and accessories, and installment options. To streamline operations, we oversee marketing automation, improving efficiency and reducing manual workloads. We also own data services, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering comprehensive cross-product line and cross-channel analytics.
