We are looking for a Payroll Analyst who is analytical, highly detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to execute payroll processes accurately while ensuring compliance with Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations.

Position Overview
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for processing, reviewing, and validating payroll information to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. This role manages payroll incidents, employee movements, deductions, benefits, social security processes, payroll reconciliations, and reporting while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee information.

The position works closely with Personnel Administration, Finance, Accounting, and HR teams to guarantee accurate information across payroll processes and systems.





Key Responsibilities

- Process and validate weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly payroll cycles.
- Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, vacation premiums, statutory benefits, deductions, and other payroll concepts.
- Process hires, terminations, salary adjustments, promotions, leaves, and other employee movements.
- Review and validate payroll incidents, attendance, absences, disabilities, and overtime.
- Manage and validate calculations related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and other applicable obligations.
- Calculate settlements and severance payments.
- Reconcile payroll results and identify discrepancies before final processing.
- Coordinate payroll information with Finance, Accounting, and Personnel Administration.
- Generate payroll, headcount, labor cost, and employee movement reports.
- Respond to employee questions regarding payroll payments, deductions, and benef
