We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Associate to join our NAM Client Team within the Sustainability Business. This role is highly interactive and client-facing, working directly with a Director to support a diverse portfolio of clients.

The idóneo candidate is collaborative, pragmatic, and open-minded, with a passion for energy management and sustainability. This opportunity offers hands‑on experience in client engagement, project coordination, and commercial account support while building a strong foundation for future leadership roles.

What will you do:
- Own and support existing client relationships, including revenue targets and overall customer satisfaction
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and execution
- Support client contract renewals and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
- Provide direct client support and delivery coordination on complex accounts
- Participate in structured training programs and proactively build knowledge of the energy and sustainability industry
