As a Senior Cash Management Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of cash management processes, leading reconciliation activities, strengthening compliance, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives across a global organization. You’ll work closely with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams to deliver accurate cash visibility and contribute to continuous process improvements.
In this role located in Querétaro, you’ll combine technical accounting expertise with leadership and problem-solving capabilities to support a strong control environment and high-quality service delivery. A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing




- Cash Reconciliation Leadership — Perform and oversee bank and cash account reconciliations across multiple entities and banking platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.
- Financial Controls And Compliance — Support period-end close activities, maintain a strong control environment, and coordinate internal and external audit requirements through accurate documentation and reporting.
- Issue Resolution And Risk Management — Lead investigations into reconciliation discrepancies, identify root causes, manage operational risks, and drive corrective action plans.
- Process Improvement And Transformation — Support automation initiatives, ERP implementations, system enhancements, and integral transformation projects that improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
