Job DescriptionResponsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects focused on automation, equipment implementation, process improvement, and operational efficiency. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, resources, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead industrial projects from planning and scope definition through implementation and closure.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and resources.
- Manage project risks, issues, changes, and corrective actions.
- Lead automation and equipment implementation projects, including integration, commissioning, and start-up activities.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering, operations, and technical teams.
- Manage vendors and contractors, including technical requirements, deliverables, timelines, and performance.




- Manage CAPEX projects, budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Monitor project KPIs such as schedule, cost, quality, productivity, and ROI.
- Prepare project status reports and present progress, risks, and results to management.
- Support equipment validation, qualification, and implementation activities.
- Drive problem-solving and root cause analysis for project-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable technical, quality, safety, and project requirements.
- Promote collaboration, innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement across project teams.

Experience & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-funct
