The Opportunity
Everise is looking for an experienced BPO/CX executive leader to lead our Philippines business and drive strong operational performance, business growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.

This is a role for a leader who can connect strategy with execution — leading Operations Heads, understanding client needs,



delivering against SLAs, growing accounts, and driving continuous improvement across all delivery functions.

The EVP will also provide strategic oversight and cross-functional alignment across key shared services, including Talent Acquisition, Training, Workforce Management (WFM), and Quality Assurance (QA), ensuring these functions effectively support business and operational priorities.
