Job Description

- · Tiene la autoridad para tomar acciones cuando existe un riesgo que pone en peligro la vida humana, la calidad del producto o causa daños a la propiedad. / It has the authority to take actions when there is a risk that endangers human life, quality of the product or property damage
- · Asegurar el cumplimiento con la STPS, las entidades legales y las regulaciones corporativas (Producción, Instalaciones, Contratistas,



Almacenes, etc.) con el objetivo de no tener multas ni sanciones. / Ensure compliance with STPS, legal entities and Corporate regulations (Production, Facilities, Contractors, Warehouses, etc.) with the objective of having 0 penalty fees or fines.
- · Implementar, ejecutar y mantener las NOM de la STPS y los programas corporativos asignados (BD Cat, BBS, ESO, etc.). / Implement, execute, and maintain the STPS NOM’s and Corporate programs assigned (BD Cat, BBS, ESO’s, etc.).
- · Representar la instalación desde la perspectiva de Seguridad de los Procesos durante auditorías de terceros de EHS (patrocinadas por la empresa, auditorías internas, etc.), entidades legales, NOM-028, EPA, OSHA y Estándares de BD. / Represent the facility from the Process Safety perspective during EHS third party audits (company sponsored, internal audits, etc.), Legal entities, NOM-028, EPA, OSHA, and BD Standards.
