Role Purpose
Are you ready to lead high-impact manufacturing strategies and build a high-performing operation?

We are looking for a Manufacturing Lead to drive operational execution, manufacturing readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives across our operation. In this role, you will translate business priorities into shop-floor actions, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful launch, ramp-up, and sustainable performance of manufacturing processes.

You will play a key role in strengthening safety, quality, delivery, productivity, capacity, and cost performance while developing a culture of operational discipline, ownership, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of manufacturing strategies, process changes, production transitions, ramp-ups, and readiness activities.
- Translate operational priorities into clear execution roadmaps, including milestones, owners, deliverables, risks, and measurable targets.
- Ensure shop-floor readiness before launches by aligning labor, equipment, tooling, fixtures,



materials, training, quality controls, and documentation.
- Conduct capacity analysis to identify constraints related to labor, equipment availability, cycle time, throughput, bottlenecks, and demand coverage.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to eliminate waste, improve flow, stabilize operations, increase output, and strengthen productivity.
- Monitor and improve key operational metrics, including OTM, OTP, yield, RTY, density, productivity, utilization, output, staffing effectiveness, and schedule adherence.
- Lead operational projects simultaneously, maintaining visibility of scope, priorities, schedules, risks, deliverables, and escalation needs.
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Automation, Finance, and Product teams.
