Team Overview
The Business Intelligence team delivers trusted, scalable, and actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making across TransUnion Mexico and the broader LATAM region. The team supports business growth and operational effectiveness by providing reporting, analytics, and intelligence solutions that help stakeholders monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement. This role is dedicated to supporting TransUnion Mexico and LATAM and is part of the Business Intelligence organization, reporting to the Manager II, Data Asset Management. As business priorities and organizational needs evolve, the reporting structure may change; however, the role’s core mission of providing high-quality business intelligence and analytical support for Mexico and LATAM will remain unchanged.This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

The Consultant is a member of the Business Intelligence team, providing dedicated analytics and reporting support for TransUnion Mexico and the broader LATAM region. This role is responsible for delivering scalable business intelligence solutions that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions, improve operational performance, and drive business growth. The position combines technical development, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end project execution, with a strong focus on Salesforce-driven reporting and analytics.
- Partner with business stakeholders across Mexico and LATAM to understand objectives, define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.
- Translate business questions and reporting needs into scalable, user-focused dashboards, reports, and analytical products that support decision-making.
