Workday Solutions Manager- Core HCM/Payroll/Benefits (f/m/x)
In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and enhancing Workday solutions that support our general HR processes and business objectives. Working closely with HR teams, Centers of Excellence, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Integrations, and other stakeholders, you will translate business challenges into sustainable technology solutions. You'll combine deep Workday expertise with strong analytical and consulting skills to drive process optimization, system enhancements, and continuous improvement across the organization.

What would be your key responsibilities?
Solutions Design
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday platform performing administrative functions including business process administration, security, and Integration support
- Strive to automate processes to eliminate waste and drive efficiency in the organization and leverage return on technological capabilities.
- Understand business outcomes, gather business requirements and map to system capabilities and design solutions.
- Lead and/or perform configuration changes in accordance with application procedures.
- Acting SME for Core HCM workstream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to functionality that includes, but is not limited to, maintaining business processe
