Position Summary:Ensuring Quality Production through Equipment Maintenance as a Management objective, with the authority to stop processes in the event of risks or nonconformities.
Essential Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):
- Ensure customer and interested-party satisfaction through strategic planning and a results-oriented approach to the safeguarding, use, and management of equipment and resources, including human resources assigned to Maintenance.
- Responsible for coordinating Maintenance Technicians.
- Responsible for compliance with international standards and specific customer requirements through leadership, coordination of areas, risk analysis,



and provision of the necessary resources within the scope of responsibility to ensure Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Environmental compliance.
- Responsible for leading, promoting, and communicating international, corporate, customer, and internal quality management policies and related changes.
- Responsible for leading, promoting, and communicating international, corporate, customer, and internal Safety / Environmental management policies and related changes.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance procedures and reporting results to the Plant Manager / General Manager.
