Role Description This is a full-time Real Estate Agent role in a hybrid work model, based in Cancún, ROO, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. The Real Estate Agent will source and manage premium residential and investment property listings, conduct property showings, and guide clients through the entire transaction process. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, providing high-quality client service,



preparing and presenting investment proposals, and coordinating negotiations between buyers, sellers, and partners. The role also involves maintaining accurate market and property data, collaborating with internal teams on marketing materials and investment structures, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations. The Real Estate Agent will represent Tronos Luxury Living’s brand and values while building long-term relationships with clients and investors.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of local real property regulations and practices.
