In this role, you will help ensure that products, materials, and manufacturing processes meet established quality standards and engineering specifications. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Suppliers, and Quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives, reduce waste, promote compliance, and drive operational excellence while contributing to a culture of quality, innovation, and customer focus.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Audit finished products to verify compliance with engineering specifications, quality requirements, and customer expectations.
- Monitor and verify that manufacturing processes consistently meet established quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to Production teams to improve process performance and reduce scrap and non-conforming material.
- Validate and track production scrap to ensure proper classification, reporting,



and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Perform product testing and inspections according to engineering specifications, quality plans, and established procedures.
- Certify and validate equipment, tools, and systems utilized in production to ensure effective process control and quality assurance.
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials to verify compliance with engineering requirements and quality standards.
- Record, monitor, and report supplier performance metrics related to quality and material compliance.
- Generate and manage Non-Conforming Material Reports (NMRs) for incoming components and materials that do not meet specifications.
- Control and monitor the entry, storage, and disposition of non-conforming materials in RAW and Finished Goods Hold areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement efforts.
