KeyResponsibilities:
- Serveastheprimarytechnicalpointofcontactforaportfolioofstrategicaccounts,owningthetechnicalrelationshipfrompost-salethroughrenewalandbeyond
- Conducttechnicalhealthchecks,platformaudits,andconfigurationreviewstoproactivelyidentifyissuesandoptimisationopportunities
- Developandexecutetailoredtechnicalsuccessplansalignedtoeachcustomer’sbusinessgoalsandplatformmaturity
- Diagnosecomplextechnicalchallengesandcreateactionablesolutions,includingcustomconfigurations,workflowredesigns,andintegrationrecommendations
- Managetechnicalescalationsend-to-end,liaisingwithEngineeringandProductteamstodriveresolutionandkeepcustomersinformed
- Monitorsupportrequesttrendsacrossassignedaccounts,aggregatingcommonissuestodrivebroaderimprovements(training,documentation,productenhancements)
- Identifyandprogressexpansionopportunitiesincludingupsell,cross-sell,andprofessional
