You AreUST is searching for a strong Business Analyst with hands-on data and analytics capabilities to support the team. The role requires someone who can work closely with business stakeholders, understand and analyze business requirements, independently research and investigate data, and coordinate effectively with the offshore delivery team.
The Opportunity
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, requirements, issues, and analytical use cases
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and data requirements for the delivery team
- Coordinate effectively with the offshore team and support them with requirement clarification and functional guidance
- Independently research, investigate, and analyze data to answer business questions and validate requirements
- Perform hands-on data analysis using Snowflake and SQL
- Understand data relationships, identify data issues/gaps, and support the team in determining approp
