What You Will Do
- Lead and coordinate Injection Molding Machine (IMM) operations to meet production schedules and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications through effective quality control processes.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and improve overall performance.
- Develop, coach, and inspire a cross-functional team, including Production Supervisors, Tool Room Supervisors, and Process Engineering leaders.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and employee growth.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost improvement.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
- Collaborate closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to support key business and operational metrics.
