El líder de proyectos de transferencias planifica, organiza y administra recursos para lograr la finalización exitosa de metas, así como objetivos y actividades específicas de las transferencias aplicables que se encuentren en ejecución. Dirigirá y guiará al personal de múltiples funciones,
