Your Tasks

New Programs
- On Time sourcing withing ZF LIFETEC GDPEP Process
- Coordinate sourcing activities with cross-functionald with SET team members for new components
- Lead sourcing cases for both new and c/o components for new programs
- Take responsibility for Direct Buy suppliers for spot buy and production PO. (ex:



BPO creation, PPAP request, etc)
- Send BPO requests, PPAP requests to SDE, and ensure supplier PPAP timing along with SDE
- Coordinate successful launch activities (e.g. TKO, design changes, etc.) with suppliers and manufacturing facilities
- Ensure program profitability through BOM Cost Tracker maintenance
- Perform capacity checks on carryover components Analysis of existing capacities vs. upcoming demands
- Support Lead Program Buyer and/or Sr. Purchasing Manager with special projects/assignments

Change Management
- Responsible for engineering changes Request for quotes (RFQ). Analyze Eng. Changes technical and commercial requirements, Review quotes and determine cost and manufacturing feasibility impact.
- Present information to CCB1 and CCB2.
- Support engineering change affect multiple programs, VAVE, and Supplier Process Changes

Crisis Management
- Support Materials and SCM teams
