The Strategic Planner Digital Transformation is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico. This role is responsible for developing digital transformation strategies that align with client business objectives, focusing on demand generation, customer experience, and performance marketing. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitive research, analyzing data to uncover insights, and translating those insights into clear strategic recommendations and operational plans.



The Strategic Planner will collaborate closely with account, media, technology, and creative teams to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and monitor execution against KPIs. The role also involves preparing client presentations, facilitating strategic workshops, and staying current with emerging AI, marketing technology, and digital experience trends to inform future planning.
