As Laundry Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the medium-term growth agenda for the Laundry category across Latin America. This role owns the regional innovation and portfolio roadmap, defining growth strategies for the next one to three years and identifying, prioritizing, and unlocking new opportunities to accelerate category growth. You will lead strategic innovation initiatives end-to-end, from opportunity identification and consumer understanding through concept development, business case creation, commercialization, and market implementation. As a key regional marketing leader, you will influence strategic decisions across multiple markets, balancing business priorities, risks, resources,



and execution requirements to deliver sustainable and profitable growth. Operating in a highly matrixed environment, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions and countries, ensuring alignment behind the regional growth agenda and innovation priorities.

What you'll do
- Define and lead the regional innovation and portfolio strategy for the Laundry category across Latin America.
- Develop and manage the category growth roadmap for the next 1 to 3 years, identifying and prioritizing high-potential growth opportunities.
- Lead regional innovation projects from ideation through commercialization and launch, ensuring successful implementation across markets.
- Translate consumer, market, and competitive insights into actionable growth strategies and innovation platforms.
