We’re looking for a Business Pursuit & Presentation Designer to join our studio in Mérida, Yuc. (MX).

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Business Pursuit and Presentation Designer who is both a skilled visual communicator and a systems thinker - a true designer, not a document producer. This person has editorial instincts, an eye for layout and typography, and the storytelling sense to turn a pursuit strategy into a proposal that reads like a publication, not a template. Infographics, case studies, vision decks:



every piece you build should carry the same design intelligence as the spaces we create. This role sits at the center of the business development process, and business cultivation is the core of the job, roughly 80% of your time. You own the case study library, the proposal templates, and the editorial and visual standard behind every piece of BD collateral. You are not a production resource waiting on direction; you bring your own point of view to what a document should say and how it should look. The remaining portion of the role supports our broader business and operations studio, so this person is also comfortable stepping into wider studio needs when asked.

You will also engage directly with early-stage project vision work on select pursuits, contributing to narrative development, concept framing, and visual direction when a proposal requires it.
