Descripción
- Manage and develop key customer accounts across Latin America, with particular exposure to government, institutional and military customers.
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and the company, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Build and maintain long-term B2B customer relationships.
- Prepare commercial proposals and participate in contract negotiations and contract management.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Promote service solutions and long-term support programs.
- Monitor contract performance and profitability.




- Coordinate customer requirements with international and corporate teams.
- Support the development of aftermarket, maintenance and MRO services.
- Manage customer requirements and projects from end to end, coordinating with different internal stakeholders.
- Visit customers and operational sites across the region as required.
- Combine a strong Customer Support mindset with a Business Development approach to further develop existing accounts.

Perfil buscado
A successful Customer Support Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within B2B services, Customer Support, Account Management or a related function.
- Strong experience managing and developing B2B customer accounts.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and/or contract management.
- Previous exposure to government, institutional or military accounts is highly valued.
- Advanced English is es
