About the Role

This role is the primary accounting generalist for our Mexico affiliate-your job is to make sure local operations run smoothly, accurately, and in full compliance. You'll partner closely with the Group CFO and U.S. leadership while coordinating day-to-day accounting with a local consultant CFO. This position is idóneo for someone who enjoys autonomy and ownership and is comfortable being the 'one-person finance leader' on the ground. This is a full-time, in-office role in Tlalnepantla de Baz, Estado de México, with standard Mexico business hours.

Responsibilities
- Act as the on-the-ground finance and administration lead for the Group CFO, ensuring priorities are executed locally and reliably
- Coordinate day-to-day accounting activities with the local consultant CFO, including month-end close and ad-hoc analysis
- Coordinate and support monthly financial statement preparation and provide clear,



actionable analysis to leadership
- Ensure compliance with SAT requirements, including CFDI/e-invoicing processes and local statutory obligations
- Partner closely with group AP and AR teams to keep payables, receivables, and billing accurate and timely
- Lead audit readiness activities and support special accounting projects (including transfer pricing initiatives)
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, documentation, and segregation-of-duties aligned to group standards
- Maintain corporate records and support ongoing legal entity compliance requirements
- Coordinate local payroll processing and benefits administration with relevant vendors/partners
- Own office administration so the local team can operate smoothly day-to-day
