Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direction of Sales Leadership,



the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for coordinating assigned customer accounts and commercial opportunities from RFQ receipt through quotation, negotiation, award, and operational handoff. The position serves as a key commercial interface between customers and Volex's global manufacturing organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Lead the commercial RFQ process for assigned accounts and opportunities.
- Review customer requirements and coordinate technical, sourcing, operational, and financial inputs required to develop competitive quotations.
- Ensure quotations are complete, accurate, approved, and submitted within required timelines.
- Manage all customer communications related to quotations, pricing, samples, forecasts, commercial changes, and program status.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, quote history, approval documentation, pricing, and customer interactions within Epicor CRM.
